Belinda was a series presenter on Australian TV for many years and has a reputation for innovative yet practical recipes "that work". She has now written four cookbooks that compile recipes from her magazine articles as well as introducing cooks to new dishes and techniques. Her BAKING book is a godsend as it also explains the whys and hows of success and failures.
COUNTRY is now her new book (Christmas 2010). It is a personal diary of her family's move to northern NSW and is studded with photos and loads of style. We love it for just a great read as well as being a bible of fab recipes.
