  A truly inspiring book, once you pick it up, it is difficult to put down. This book explores many, many different spiritual related subject areas. But it cleverly do so, by using other peoples stories and experiences. Some are happy, some are sad and some are downright tear jerker's. you cannot help wondering how these people survive, until you realise they are not alone, help is always on hand. The difference is this book helps you to find it. by David Neale
