a must for any serious guitarist's library
Highly recommended! I've had this book for over a quarter of a century now (lost my first copy). I bought it when I first getting serious about the guitar, & started realising that there must be quite a lot of chords possible on the guitar. It's mostly jazz-oriented & fairly idiosyncratic, as well as a little bit intimidating at first (with some stretches only possible for spiderfingers), but it has a vast wealth of information which I am still delving into today. Do note that it's a source book, not a method.
Incidentally, there's quite a lot about the late, great Ted Greene on the internet, though on the basis of this book alone it's clear that there wasn't much this man didn't know about the guitar. by Brian Connor
