  • Dark Humor at its finest!5

    Clifford J. Emanuels I am a big fan of dark humor, and after reading Lindsay's Dexter novels I searched high and low for something slightly similar. This book was IT.

    I Am Not A Serial Killer is as funny as it is dark; Wells uses a perfect blend and seamlessly shifts the mood whenever he needs to. I know that the fact that I can relate to a lot of JWC's thoughts should be unsettling to me, but that's just a side note.

    This was a great book, much better than I expected (hey, it's a debut novel, come on).

    I can't wait for the rest of the John Cleaver books- HURRY UP, DAN! by Clifford J. Emanuels

  • Disturbed... but enjoying it5

    Sean Bailey I began reading "I Am Not A Serial Killer" at 7:00 p.m. and finished a 1:00 in the morning, captivated, enthralled, and disturbed for the entire book. John Wayne Cleaver, a teenage sociopath, is easily one of the most fascinating characters I've ever had the privilege to know, and if you read this book, know him you will. His character is well crafted, suprisingly likable, and morbidly humorous, keeping you entertained even as he horifies you with the lengths he will go to stop another serial killer terrorizing his home town.rnrnThe book is worth the read, and a second read as well. John is just too interesting to not get a second look. by Sean Bailey

  • I am NOT Able to Put this Book Down5

    Chase Moore I AM NOT A SERIAL KILLER is a must read.

    Although the main character, John Cleaver, feels little empathy you will feel a full spectrum of emotion for John as he tracks the supernatural killer in his town. You will be fascinated and disturbed by John's unhealthy interest in serial killers and death, you will be frightened of his terrible potential, moved by his condition, angered at his enemies. Buy the book and be taken on a suspense filled journey worried not only about when the killer will strike again but if John's dark side will be able to handle it.

    Readers of all sorts will be taken in by this book, just don't plan to read a chapter here or there, I am NOT able to put this book down. by Chase Moore
