Linda This book is scrumptiousness on pages. It's beautiful to look at, inspiring for creativity and achievable for most people.
I find the instructions quite easy to understand, I do however have sewing experience for soft toys and home furnishings. The instructive pictures help the clarity of the written instructions.
There are even useful websites in the back to help you find the matching fabrics.
This book is defiantly worthy of its shelf space, a keeper. by Linda

  • Instructions are a headache3

a Book Depository customer "This book is without a doubt an extremely delicious eye candy but the instructions and illustrations are a real pain. I wanted to do the bag and I had to read it many many times before I could even begin to understand it. Even my husband who builds computer can't make head or tails of the instructions (that's how desperate I got). Sewing isn't rocket science but reading (as opposed to just looking) this book felt like it. If it wasn't for the pictures, I'd give this book 1 star for effort. I wish people who write craft books would just understand that the instructions they write need to be well crafted too." by a Book Depository customer
