Reviews for 100 Cupboards
Magical read
100 Cupboards is a fantastically written book, filled with magic, mystey and a lazy little town called Henry (in Kansas). The main character Henry is sent there while his parents are being negociated back to America with terrerist.
He sleeps in the attic of his cousins house, and at nights hears scratchings and voices through his wall. By ripping the plaster off he finds 99 different cupboard doors, each opening to a different world. Soon after he goes downstairs and finds the door to the long gone Grandfather's room open, which no one has managed to open in years, from this room hefinds a diary and the key to the room. He and one of his three cousins Henrietta try to work out and explore the rooms using the diary with a diagram of the doors, and well. You'll just have to read to find te rest out, but it is excellent, and I haven't even spoilt the first quarter for you. by Tabitha Hatchard
