Buddhism, vague and confusing
I really wanted a plain and simple book on Buddhism. It may be plain and simple compared to other books on buddhism, I'm not entirely sure as I chose this book as a starting point. It does go on about being aware in the moment, many times, but doesn't go further to explain examples or situations and practical applications.
I am now reading "Mental Resilience: The Power of Clarity" by Kamal Sarma. Which is much more "practical and accessible guide for finding peace and clarity in the midst of the pulls and pressures of our busy lives." Although not a book on buddhism as such, but has been valuable in building mental resilience. Also came with meditation CD. by Keren
