Reviews for Happiness Hypothesis

One of the best book on happiness
This is an excellent book combining traditional wisdom and modern science on how people can improve their happiness.
Not all may agree with the author, as he might generalised too much on certain topics (such as Buddhism). However if you want to be more happy, then you won't regret buying this book! by tom zhang
