Outstanding
Unlike so many other cookbooks that look great but end up on a shelf somewhere, Ottolenghi has become our kitchen bible - it sits on the counter and since it arrived from book depository we've been working our way through it. Every page offers up a new culinary adventure bursting with new flavours freshness and Yottam's creative flair.
Simply brilliant. Buy it! by Patrick Greene -
Hungry for more!!
I bought this book having never been to this famous eatery and the only reason for this grave omission is that I live in Australia!
I simply adore this type of food and this glorious book. The recipes are full of freshness, goodness and bursting with flavours. Several of the dishes have already become standards on my entertaining tables, with my guests always asking me where I found the recipes and it is always one of the first of my (many) cookbooks that I reach for when seeking inspiration.
This will certainly be one of the first places that we go to eat when we next make that very long flight to the northern hemisphere! by Amanda McInerney -
