  My 2.5 year old daughter loves this book and so do I. Little bit old fashioned with milkmen and delivery boys but the illustrations of Sophie the little girl obviously loving the tiger are really endearing. I am delighted to have this in her collection and rates as a fave book along with Room on the Broom and A Lion in the Meadow. by michael ingram
