  This is basically the advanced version of kumar and clark. Everything that one would want to know the reasoning or the pathophysiology for, you can find in this book. It's a tad on the expensive side, however a lot of the information covered in this book will require a lot of time and effort to find and collaborate in other books or publications. by berniebh
