Be careful, this is the US edition
I've just received my copy of this book. It's beautifully solid (a very nice hardback), with nice clear text.
However, I had carelessly not noticed that this is the US edition, which means (of course) that it talks in cups and degrees Fahrenheit, and presumably has occasional other alterations for the US cook. by Tony Ibbs
