If you only buy one book on abstract art let it be this one!
This is the best book I've read to help develop abstract skills and /or understanding of abstract art. Written in layman terms it demystifies this poorly understood subject
It has lots of wonderful illustrations clearly showing the different ways to achieve great results. You wont find the usual examples of other artists work, they are not really needed or if necessary can be referenced elsewhere. by A Elliott-Walker
