A bit feel-good, but inspiring
I quite liked Linchpin; it's a book I turn to regularly when I'm coming up against opposition at work and start to doubt myself. It gives me confidence, helps me get back on my horse, and get back out there amongst the fray. Sure, there's some bullshit in here as Seth has a bit of a reputation for writing - but if it works for you then you take what applies and put aside the rest. I can see the potential for people getting fired by trying to put these principles into practice - coming off as cocky, arrogant, insubordinate. So play safe, and stay true to your art. by Nathanael Boehm
