I liked it!
The first thing you've gotta ask yourself when buying this book is that if this kind of methodology works for you. Once it's done and your answer is "Yes!", you're probably gonna like it. Always found it difficult to keep information for long periods when talking about Neurology, and this book sort of makes you comprehend and assimilate through repetition that won't make you feel tired at all (If you've gotta time, I must confess :P). As a forth year student of medical school, I think I should have bought it earlier - anyway, if you're organized enough and can commit with at least one chapter every single day, I think you'll make good progress.
