Bliss!
I love to cycle. I love everything about cycle culture. Cycling is escapism for me. And this book is just a natural progression in the ever growing love I have for my two wheeled friend. I've followed the Copenhagen Cycle Chic blog for years and cycle 'normally' (gasp) every day, to the point where I sold my car many years ago because I just wasn't using it anymore. Fancy that. So without question, I had to purchase this book. And I love it!
It's a grand book, full of the wonderful photographs Mikeal et al have taken over the years, of the Chic on Cycles, across different countries, cities and cultures. Beautifully laid out in sections (cycle colours, clothing textures, patterns, scenery etc), the images offer a look in to the non-complicated, stylish, sexy and of course chic world of just hoping on your bike (as you are!) and riding wherever it is you want to go.
