    Carley Haynes Well written, easy to follow and not as strict a routine as other books out there. We used this book in conjunction with the Save Our Sleep book and found a combination of the two worked really well for our son.

    The book focuses on the evening / night time routine and gives little advice for a day time routine other than the amount of feeds per day.

    Good advice and hints and tips on general care, massage, developmental milestones. by Carley Haynes
