    DISAPPOINTED...5

    Donna Colon ...not in the book, 'cause I have not yet received it, but how long it's taking to receive it. It's been almost one solid month since placing the order. The funds for this book and another have already been deducted from my checking account. I've written several e-mails to Book Depository ("BD") requesting to know whether they can give me an answer as to the status, but yet NO ONE has responded to my e-mails. I don't know about BD, but this is not how I do business. I think it's very inconsiderate and unprofessional that no one has taken the time to respond to my several e-mails, even if just to express that it should be here soon, or that this is the normal waiting time since it's coming from the UK, but SOMETHING!! I will not be ordering from BD ever again! I'm very disappointed. by Donna Colon
