Reviews for Bird Sense
Great Book from one of Britain's best authors
Tim Birkhead combines science with wit and a dash of humour to bring home a pleasurable read that is full of information. The painstaking detail he gives us in his books shows the huge amount of research that goes on. This book, as well as The wisdom of birds, are a must for anyone interested in birds, and in our relationship with them.
Professor Tim Birkhead is in a class of his own. There is a small cadre of British writers who write in this way, amongst them: Mark Cocker, Jeremy Mynott, Jonathan Elphic.
Give us more such pleasurable and informative reads!
