  I've only started baking recently and really wanted a good book to give me all the basics and some good recipes. I got more than I expected. More than a hundred recipes, decorating ideas and very useful tips. Explains the importance of certain steps, ingredients and why some cannot really be substituted. Overall I think he was right to say that it's the same training they give at the bakery without the hands-on experience. Thank you Buddy!! by Denise Galea
