  I was recommended this book by someone in work who claimed it was amazing. She had smoked for 30yrs and had quit smoking successfully using this method 2yrs ago. I purchased the book after a VERY bad chest infection convincing myself I would never be able to quit but there was no harm in trying.
  I read the whole book in one day.. put out my final cigarette and am now a happy Non Smoker. My only advice... READ EVERY PAGE some of it seems a little repetative but you do have to read each one. For the price of less then 20 cigarettes this book will change your life. by cathryn rogers
